I am Mehak Jain, an Advanced Certified Lactation Professional dedicated to helping mothers prepare for lactation right from pregnancy through childbirth and postpartum. Having supported 5000+ moms and families over the last couple of years at renowned hospitals like Fortis memorial, Gurgaon and CK Birla Hospital, Gurgaon, I provide personalized, evidence- based lactation support to help overcome breastfeeding challenges and build confidence.
I am also a Maternal Infant Young Child and Adolescent Nutritionist (MIYCAN) and help families and moms extensively in starting solids for their babies.
I conduct workshops for antenatal breastfeeding preparation classes and solids starting workshops to handhold new parents support their babies feeding journey.
